Intertek Group PLC was notified yesterday, 29 November 2012 that on the 19 November 2012 Alan Brown, a non executive director of the Company, acquired 3 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of £27.8766  pence per share as part of a dividend reinvestment scheme.

Following these purchases, Mr. Brown has a beneficial interest in 1,044 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company representing a de minimis interest in the issued share capital of the Company.
