RESULT OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING (the 'EGM')

 

Further to the announcement of 8 April 2022, International Public Partnerships Limited ('INPP' or the 'Company') is pleased to announce that, at the EGM held at 9.30am on 28 April 2022, to seek the approval of shareholders to empower the Board to allot up to 455,000,000 Ordinary Shares for cash, without consideration of the pre-emption provisions contained within the Articles, the resolution was duly passed without amendment.
