Issue of equity

 

International Public Partnerships Limited ("INPP" or "the Company") announces that 1,000,000 new Ordinary shares of 0.01p each were issued for cash at 131.92 pence per share.

 

As a result of the issue of equity set out above, the Company's issued share capital consists of 744,839,963 Ordinary shares.

 

Application has been made for the New Shares to be admitted to the premium segment of the Official List and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. It is expected that dealings in the new shares will commence at 8.00 a.m. on Friday, 26 April 2013.

 

These shares have been issued to satisfy demand that cannot be met through the secondary market.
