Distribution period: 1 July 2007 - 31 December 2007 Distribution amount per share: 2.625 pence Ex-distribution date: 14 March 2008 Record date: 16 March 2008 Payment date: 2 May 2008 The 2007 cash distribution of 5.25 pence per share is in line with the target distribution outlined in the Company's prospectus.
