Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting

 

Further to the announcement by International Public Partnerships Limited on 19 October 2015 that it is proposing to raise up to £150 million by way of a Placing, Open Offer and Offer for Subscription (together, the "Issue") and up to £300 million by way of a Placing Programme (with the "Issue", the "Offering"), the Company hereby gives notice that an Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of the Shareholders of the Company will be held at 2:00 p.m., on 10 November 2015, at Lefebvre Place, Lefebvre Street, St Peter Port, Guernsey, in order to approve a Special Resolution in relation to the Issue and the Offering.

The Notice of EGM will be dispatched to all Shareholders on 20 October 2015. An electronic copy of the Notice of AGM is also available on the Company's website www.internationalpublicpartnerships.com.

 

A copy of the Notice and Form of Proxy can be inspected at the National Storage Mechanism web-site at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
