Issue of Equity

 

Further to the announcement on 30 June 2021, the Board of Directors (the "Board") of International Public Partnerships Limited (the "Company" or "INPP") is pleased to announce the placing has closed, raising £135 mill ion before costs and expenses through the issue of 81,818,178 ordinary shares of 0.01p in the capital of the Company (the "New Ordinary Shares") by way of tap issuance.

 

The proceeds will be used to pay down the cash drawn portion of the Company's corporate debt facility and to provide additional resources for the Company's approved near term transactions.


Michael Gerrard, Chairman of INPP, said:  

"We are delighted to have support from our existing and new investors for this capital raise. We believe this demonstrates the attractiveness of INPP's robust long-term inflation-linked returns, in the current market. The proceeds from this capital raise will be used to repay our corporate debt facility and to fund the near-term investments in our growing pipeline."

 

Application for listing and admission to trading

Application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the premium segment of the Official List and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. It is expected that dealings in the New Ordinary Shares will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 13 July 2021.

 

Notification of Transaction by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMRs') and Persons Closely Associated ('PCAs')

 

The Board announces that the following Directors have participated in the issue and will acquire the following shares:

· Julia Bond, Director of the Company, 12,121 New Ordinary Shares;

· Sally-Ann David, Director of the Company, 30,303 New Ordinary Shares; and

· John Le Poidevin, Director of the Company, 30,303 New Ordinary Shares.
