ISSUE OF EQUITY

 

International Public Partnerships Limited ("INPP" or "the Company") announces that 5,500,000 new Ordinary shares of 0.01p each were issued for cash at 111.15 pence per share under its block listing facility.

 

The number of shares issued under the current block listing authority totals 8,500,000.

 

As a result of the issue of equity set out above, the Company's issued share capital consists of 477,418,171 Ordinary shares.
