RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

The Board of INPP today advises that Carol Goodwin, who has served as an independent non-executive director since 2007, as a member of the Audit Committee and as chairman of the Management Engagement Committee, has resigned as a Director of the Company with effect from today for personal family reasons.

The Chairman said "whilst it has been anticipated for some time, it is with a great level of regret that the Board has now had to accept Carol's resignation".

The Chairman, on behalf of the whole Board, wished to thank her for her valuable contribution over the years adding "Carol has given a great deal to the Company and her input, knowledge, experience and business acumen have been key elements in the success and continuing development of INPP.

"Carol informed the Board of the circumstances leading to her resignation and, in recognition of the situation, Claire Whittet was appointed to the Board in September 2012. Carol stands out as a shining example of a good non-executive director and I am sure that Claire will be a worthy successor, ensuring the Board's ability to continue to benefit from a proper breadth of opinion and experience from appropriately qualified Directors."
