Changes to Director Roles and Responsibilities

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11, International Public Partnerships Limited ("INPP" or the "Company") confirms that, with effect from 31 December 2013, Keith Dorrian has stepped down as Chairman of the Board and will not offer himself for re-election at the 2014 Annual General Meeting. The remainder of the Board would like to express their appreciation to Keith for his guidance and leadership during his tenure as Chairman.

 

With effect from 31 December 2013, Rupert Dorey has been appointed as Chairman of the Board and he looks forward to working with the Board in his new role.

 

As a result of these changes, John Whittle has been appointed as Chairman of the Audit Committee as well as the newly created role of Senior Independent Director. In addition, John Stares has been appointed as Risk Chairman which comes within a more specifically detailed risk remit for the Audit Committee.
