Appointment to the Board

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11, International Public Partnerships Limited (the "Company", "INPP") announces that John Stares has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Company as a non-executive director with effect from 28 August 2013.

Mr Stares has advised the Company that no details require to be disclosed under Listing Rule 9.6.13.

Keith Dorrian, Chairman, said "We are delighted to welcome John to the INPP Board and we are sure that his wide range of experience and appropriate qualifications will complement the Board. Following my decision not to stand for re-election next June the independent Directors, under the chairmanship of Rupert Dorey, researched the offshore market and out of a significant number of potential directors with appropriate experience a short list of 4 were selected and a number of interviews took place culminating in the appointment of John. During the coming period John will receive induction training and I am sure that by the time of my departure he will be a fully integrated and productive member of the Board."
