To receive and adopt the audited accounts, the Directors' report, and the Auditors' report for the period ended 31 December 2006. 2. To approve the Directors' remuneration for the period ended the 31 December 2006 and for the period ended 31 December 2007. 3. To re-appoint Keith Dorrian as Director of the Company, retiring in accordance with the Company's Articles of Association. 4. To re-appoint Rupert Dorey as Director of the Company, retiring in accordance with the Company's Articles of Association. 5. To re-appoint Giles Frost as Director of the Company, retiring in accordance with the Company's Articles of Association. 6. To re-appoint Carol Goodwin as Director of the Company, retiring in accordance with the Company's Articles of Association. 7. To declare a nil dividend for the period ended 31 December 2006, in accordance with the statements made in the Company's prospectus and the Directors' recommendation. 8. To re-appoint Deloitte & Touche LLP, who have indicated their willingness to continue in office, as Auditors of the Company to hold office until the next Annual General Meeting. 9.
