TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES

International Personal Finance plc announces that on 21 August 2015 it purchased, to be held as treasury shares, 140,900 ordinary shares at an average price of 385.7576 pence per share. The highest price paid per share was 388.6 pence and the lowest price paid per share was 382.9 pence.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of these ordinary shares, the number of ordinary shares held as treasury shares is 9,439,209; and the number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) is 230,265,887.
