TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES

International Personal Finance plc announces that on 11 September 2014 it purchased, to be held as treasury shares, 79,107 ordinary shares at an average price of 510.9011 pence per share. The highest price paid per share was 519 pence and the lowest price paid per share was 507 pence.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of these ordinary shares, the number of ordinary shares held as treasury shares is 4,789,444 and the number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) is 234,915,652.
