Roadshow Announcement

International Personal Finance plc, having a long-term issuer default rating of BB- (Outlook Stable) from Fitch Ratings Ltd and a long-term corporate family rating of Ba3 (Outlook Stable) from Moody's Investors Service Limited, has mandated Singer Capital Markets Securities Limited to arrange a series of calls with Sterling fixed income investors on 27 and 30 October 2023. An issue of Sterling-denominated retail eligible fixed rate, senior unsecured notes may follow, subject to market conditions. All or part of these notes may be offered in exchange for International Personal Finance plc's existing £40,494,800 7.75 per cent. notes due 2023.
