Annual Report and Financial Statements 2022 / notice of ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2023

International Personal Finance plc (the "Company") announces that its Annual Report and Financial Statements 2022 and its Notice of Annual General Meeting 2023 have today been posted to shareholders who elected to receive them in hard copy form.

The following documents will be available from 9.00 am on Thursday 23 March 2023 on the Company's website ( http://www.ipfin.co.uk/en/investors/shareholder-centre/annual-general-meeting.html ):

·	International Personal Finance plc Notice of Annual General Meeting 2023.
