Annual Report and Financial Statements 2011

International Personal Finance plc ("the Company") announces that its Annual Report and Financial Statements 2011 and Notice of its 2012 Annual General Meeting have today been posted to shareholders who elected to receive them in hard copy form.

With effect from Tuesday, 27 March 2012 the following documents will be available on its website (www.ipfin.co.uk):
