Annual Report and Financial Statements 2009

International Personal Finance plc ("the Company") announces that its Annual Report and Financial Statements 2009 and Notice of its 2010 Annual General Meeting have today been posted to shareholders who elected to receive them in hard copy form.

With effect from Wednesday, 17 March 2010 the following documents will be available on its website (www.ipfin.co.uk):  

·    International Personal Finance plc Annual Report and Financial Statements 2009  

·    International Personal Finance plc Notice of 2010 Annual General Meeting  

Two copies of each of these documents listed, as well as two copies of the proxy, have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:

The annual results announcement of the Group's 2009 results was issued on 3 March 2010. A copy of this announcement can be found on the Company's website at www.ipfin.co.uk.  

The Company further announces that two copies of its Articles of Association, showing the amendments to be proposed at the Company's forthcoming Annual General Meeting on 12 May 2010, have been submitted to the the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection as set out above.
