Result of Extraordinary General Meeting
The Board of Directors announce that at an Extraordinary General Meeting of the
Company held earlier today at short notice, the resolutions as detailed in the
circular to shareholders dated 18 July 2001 were passed.



The Extraordinary General Meeting convened for 9 August 2001 at 11.00 a.m.
will no longer take place.



A further announcement regarding the proposed fundraising will be made
shortly.
