DIRECTOR'S DEALING

The Company has received notification that Mr Paul Aujla, husband of Pamela Aujla (a director of the 
Company), purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of 3 pence each in the Company on 6 November 2006 at a price 
of 52p per ordinary share. The combined holding of Mr and Mrs Aujla following this transaction is 25,000
ordinary shares of 3 pence each representing approximately 0.08% of the Company's 
issued share capital.
