GRANT OF OPTIONS



On 19 September 2006 the Board of the Company granted 25,048 options over Ideal
Shopping Direct Plc ordinary shares of 3 pence each at an exercise price of
259.5 pence per share to Mike Camp.



These options are exercisable during the period from 19 September 2009 to 19
September 2016.



Following the granting of these options, Mike Camp holds ordinary shares of 3
pence each under option of 90,801.
