Completion of the share purchase programme

 

In relation to the share purchase programme (the 'Programme') announced on 16 June 2023, following the purchases made on 10 July 2023, INTERNATIONAL CONSOLIDATED AIRLINES GROUP, S.A. ("IAG" or the "Company") has concluded this Programme in accordance with its terms.

Under the Programme, the Company has acquired a total of 15,000,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.3 per cent of the Company's share capital.

The acquisition of own shares under this Programme has been carried out in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) 596/2014 and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052, and in accordance with Chapter 12 of the UK Listing Rules.

As communicated at the time, the purpose of the Programme was to satisfy share awards made under the IAG share-based incentive plans.
