Portfolio Update

The Board of International Biotechnology Trust plc (the "Company") notes the following changes to the unquoted portfolio during April.

Follow on investments were made in Vantia (£278k), Lux (£78k) and Delenex (£17k).

No changes were made to any unquoted valuation.

On 8 March 2010 the Company invested in a new business whose management had not determined a name.  This has now been agreed as Celerion.
