Issue of Shares from Treasury

 

 

The Company announces that on 20 October 2020 it issued 50,000 Ordinary shares from treasury at a price of 812.5 pence per Ordinary share and at a premium to the prevailing net asset value.

 

Following the issuance, there will be 39,452,817 Ordinary shares in issue (excluding the remaining 1,889,846 Ordinary shares held in treasury).
