International Biotechnology Trust plc ('the Company')
The Company has today been informed that the Quantum Endowment Fund NV and
various direct and indirect subsidiaries are interested in an aggregate
3,285,000 ordinary shares in International Biotechnology Trust plc
representing 3.73% of the issued share capital of the Company.
