The Company gives notice that all resolutions proposed in the Notice of the Meeting were duly passed at the GM held today.

A copy of all resolutions passed as ordinary resolutions has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
