Disclosure of Director/PDMR's purchase of the Company's shares

In accordance with DTR 3.1.4, the Company announces that it has today been notified that Mr Jim Horsburgh, a non-executive Director of the Company, purchased 5,000 Ordinary 25p shares in the capital of the Company on 18 February 2016 at a price of 421.71 pence per Ordinary share in London, which are registered in the name of Barclays Stockbrokers Nominees Ltd, representing 0.013% of the Company's issued share capital.

As a result of this purchase, Mr Horsburgh's aggregate holding of shares in the Company is 15,000 Ordinary shares, representing 0.038% of the Company's issued share capital.
