Block Listing of Ordinary Shares

 

The Board of International Biotechnology Trust plc (the 'Company') announces that an application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority for the block listing of 3,962,781 ordinary shares of £0.25 each in the Company to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities ("Admission").

The ordinary shares will, when issued, rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.  It is expected that Admission will become effective on 17 March 2021.
