Reduction of Share Capital and Cancellation of Share Premium Account

The Company is pleased to announce that on 2 November 2010, the Registrar of Companies issued the certificate of registration of the court order for the reduction of share capital of the Company and the cancellation of its share premium account.  Accordingly the reduction of share capital and cancellation of the share premium account is now effective.

The reduction of capital was approved by shareholders at the Company's AGM held on 24 September 2010.
