Intercede Group PLC 31 March 2006 31 MARCH 2006 INTERCEDE GROUP PLC BOARD CHANGES Intercede Group plc (the 'Company') is pleased to announce that it has appointed Jacques Tredoux as a non-executive director of the Company, with effect from 31 March 2006. Jacques Tredoux, aged 42, is the Chief Executive of Tredoux Capital Limited, a company authorised by the Financial Services Authority to provide corporate finance advisory services. Prior to establishing Tredoux Capital Limited, Jacques was the Chief Executive Officer of the Credo Group (UK) Limited, a group of companies in London that provides wealth management services. Members of the Credo Group have provided corporate finance and fundraising assistance to the Company since prior to its admission to AIM. Jacques remains a director of Credo Group Holdings Limited. Jacques Tredoux qualified as a lawyer in 1988 in South Africa, and practised at Edward Nathan & Friedland Inc and Clifford Chance. Following the appointment of Jacques Tredoux, the Company also announces that Greg Roediger has resigned as a non-executive director of the Company.
