Intec Telecom Systems (LSE: ITL.L), a leading supplier of billing software and
services to the global telecoms industry, will be holding its Annual General
Meeting on Thursday 10 May 2007. The meeting will be held at 3.00pm at the
offices of College Hill, 78 Cannon Street, EC4N 6HH.


The company will also announce its interim results for the six months to 31
March 2007 on Tuesday, 5 June 2007.  A presentation for analysts will be held at
9.30am on Tuesday, 5 June 2007 at the offices of College Hill, 78 Cannon Street,
EC4N 6HH.
