On 18 December the Company was advised that on 18 December Mr Kevin Adams, a
Director of the Company, transferred for nil consideration 100,371 ordinary
shares (representing less than 0.1% of the issued class of capital) held by him
as bare trustee to the beneficial owner, a non-connected person.


Mr Adams is now deemed to have a disclosable interest in 3,704,145 ordinary
shares, representing 1.22% of the issued share capital.
