Director/PDMR Shareholding

Intec Telecom Systems PLC (the “Company”)

  Notification of Dealings in the Company’s shares by executive directors and
 Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility (“PDMRs”) and connected persons

In  respect of the executive directors named below, these notifications are made
in  accordance with DR 3.1.4R(1)(a) and (b), and in respect of the other persons
discharging  managerial  responsibility  named  below,  in  accordance  with  DR
3.1.4R(1)(a).

On  6 January  2010 executive  directors  and  PDMRs  were  granted “Performance
Awards”  and “Matching Awards” under the Long-Term Incentive Plan entitling them
to acquire ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) as
summarised below:

*Matching  Awards have been granted following the acquisition of Ordinary Shares
by  the relevant executive directors  and PDMRs out of  their post-tax bonus for
the 2008/09 financial year.

No  consideration was paid  for the grant  of the awards  and only the executive
directors  will have to  pay an option  price of 1p per  share to exercise their
awards  following  vesting.   Awards  will  vest  on  6 January  2013 subject to
continued  employment and total shareholder  return performance and earnings per
share targets being achieved.
Following the transactions detailed above, the executive directors’ and PDMRs’
interests in the Company’s Ordinary Shares, share options and LTIP awards are
