Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs") and connected

The Company announces the following dealing by a PDMR in the
Company's ordinary shares of 1p each ("Shares").

In respect of the person discharging managerial responsibility named
below, this notification is made in accordance with DR 3.1.4R(1)(a).

On 3rd  August 2009 the following PDMR was granted "Performance
Awards" under the Long-Term Incentive Plan entitling him to acquire
ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company as summarised below:

No consideration was paid for the grant of the award. Awards will
normally vest on 3rd August 2012 subject to continued employment and
