(the "Company")

Notification of Dealings in the Company's shares by Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs") and connected persons 

The Company announces the following dealing by a PDMR in the Company's ordinary shares of 1 penny each ("Shares").

In respect of the person discharging managerial responsibility named below, this notification is made in accordance with DR 3.1.4R(1)(a).

On 25 November 2008 the following PDMR was granted "Performance Awards" under the Long-Term Incentive Plan entitling him to acquire ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company as summarised below

No consideration was paid for the grant of the award. Awards will normally vest on 25 November 2011 subject to continued employment and meeting earnings per share and total shareholder return performance conditions.
