INTEC TELECOM SYSTEMS PLC (the "Company")


20th December 2002 - Application has been made by the Company to the UK Listing
Authority and the London Stock Exchange for listing of 293,121 shares issued in
connection with the acquisition of Ericsson's 'Settler' interconnect billing
product unit announced on 20 November 2002.



It is expected that admission of these shares will become effective and dealings
will commence on 30 December 2002.
