Intec Telecom Systems plc ("Intec" or "the Company")

Additional listing


Intec has applied to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange 
for admission to (i) the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and (ii) 
trading on the London Stock Exchange's markets for listed securities of 
4,509,607 new ordinary shares of 1p each ("new shares").

It is expected that admission of the new shares will be effective on 7 March
2002.

The new shares are being issued as part of deferred consideration due in
relation to the Company's acquisition of CHA Systems, Inc.

The new shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary
shares.
