Intec Telecom Systems PLC ('Intec' or 'the Company')

Applications have been made to the London Stock Exchange and the UK Listing
Authority for 180,372,927 Ordinary Shares of 1p each of Intec to be admitted
to the Official List. These shares will include 1,872,925 Ordinary Shares of
1p each being reserved under a block listing and will be issued as a result of
the exercise of share options pursuant to the Intec Company Share Option
Scheme.

The shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued
ordinary share capital of the Company.
