Following the issue and allotment of 6,349,206 Ordinary 1p Shares in the Company, as announced on 20 February 2008, and
in accordance with the Financial Service Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company hereby announces
that it has 27,037,690 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in issue, each share carrying the right to one vote. The Company does
not hold any shares in Treasury.

This figure does not include the 745,194 have been placed conditionally on the shareholders of the Company approving the
appropriate resolutions at the forthcoming EGM.

The above figure of 27,037,690 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their
interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Service Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
