Statement re. Suspension

Suspension of Trading

9 February 2009

The  Board  has today resolved to appoint an insolvency practitioner  to  advise
both  the Company and its main operating subsidiary KleenAir Systems Limited  as
the  Company no longer had the prospect of meeting its liabilities  due  to  its
inability  to  secure additional working capital.  The Company  has  accordingly
requested that trading in its ordinary shares be suspended pending clarification
of its financial position.

The  Company  also  advises that the Company's Broker has given  notice  of  its
resignation.
