                                 Result of EGM

Inspace plc (AIM:INSP), the property based support services business that is now
one of the UK's leading repair and maintenance service providers, announces
that, at the Extraordinary General Meeting held today, all of the resolutions
proposed to shareholders (as set out in its circular to shareholders dated 25
July 2006) were duly passed.  The EGM was held to approve the acquisition of the
entire issued share capital of Widacre Limited.
