The Company was informed today that Aspartus plc, ("Aspartus") has sold 408,000
Ordinary 1p Shares in the Company at a price of 13p per share.  The sale was
made on Friday 15 June 2007.  Aspartus now holds 2,328,371 Ordinary 1p Shares,
equal to 11.76% of the Company's issued voting share capital. Nigel Weller, a
director of the Company, is also a director of Aspartus and also holds 24.1% of
Aspartus' issued voting share capital.
