The  Company  was  informed on 5 November 2007 that, following the  disposal  of
75,000  ordinary shares in the Company on 29 October 2007 at a price of 19p  per
share, and a subsequent disposal of 190,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 31
October 2007, also at a price of 19p per share, Aspartus plc ('Aspartus') is now
interested  2,063,371 ordinary 1p shares in the Company. This holding represents
9.97% of the Company's issued voting share capital. Nigel Weller, a director  of
the  Company,  is also a director of Aspartus and also holds 24.1% of  Aspartus'
issued voting share capital.
