Inspace plc (AIM:INSP), the property based support services business that is now
one of the UK's leading repair and maintenance service providers, has been
informed on 8 August 2006 that, following a purchase of 650,000 Ordinary Shares
in the Company on 7 August 2006, Canada Life Group of Companies now has an
interest in 2,207,405 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 3.26 per cent.
of the issued share capital of the Company. These shares are held by Canada Life
Limited (1,116,285 ordinary shares) and CF Canlife Unit Trusts (managed by CFM)
(1,091,120 ordinary shares)).
