Inspired Energy plc (AIM: INSE), a leading UK energy procurement consultant to UK corporates, has today issued its Annual Report and Accounts for the year to 31 December 2013.

The Group's Annual General Meeting ('AGM') will be held on Thursday, 5 June 2014 at 11am at Gateley LLP, Ship Canal House, 98 King Street, Manchester M2 4WU.
