Completion of Fundraising and Acquisition

Inspiration Healthcare Group plc (AIM:IHC), the global medical technology company, is pleased to confirm that, following Admission of the New Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM, which became effective at 8.00 a.m. this morning, the Fundraising and the Acquisition of S.L.E. Limited have now completed.

Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the circular sent to shareholders of the Company on 19 June 2020.
