Agreement signed with Bio-Med Devices Inc.

Inspiration Healthcare Group plc (AIM: IHC), the global medical device company, is pleased to announce that it has been appointed as a European service centre for Bio-Med Devices Inc., the US based designer and manufacturer of critical care equipment.

Under the terms of the agreement, Inspiration Healthcare becomes the official preferred servicing partner of the Bio-Med's air/oxygen blenders for the whole of Europe.  This will enable quicker repair and warranty cover within Europe and also provide a complete service for all European customers of Bio-Med blenders, including Inspiration Healthcare's European distributors.  As a result of the agreement Inspiration is confident it will be able to increase further third party service opportunities in Europe.

The signing of the agreement will also lead to a greater awareness of the use of air/oxygen blenders in intensive care and resuscitation, giving medical staff access to reliable technology across Europe with the objective of improving patient safety and outcomes.
