Inland ZDP PLC announces the appointment of Jolyon Harrison as a director with effect from 24 July 2023 when he was appointed CEO of the Inland Homes PLC group and the resignation of Desmond Wicks from the board of Inland ZDP PLC on 4 August 2023. 

Disclosures relating to Jolyon Harrison

Jolyon Leonard Harrison is a director of Inland Homes PLC and was a director of MJ Gleeson PLC until his resignation in June 2019.  Mr Harrison was appointed director of JDP Contracting Services Limited in March 2008.  JDP Contracting Services Limited subsequently appointed an administrator in August 2018 and was dissolved in November 2021 while Mr Harrison was still a director.  The deficiency to creditors was approximately £154,184.

Save as set out above Jolyon Harrison (i) is not a director of any other publicly quoted company, nor has he been a director of any other publicly quoted company at any time in the previous five years; (ii) has no convictions in relation to fraudulent offences; (iii) has not been a director or senior manager (who is relevant to establishing that a company has the appropriate expertise and experience for the management of that company) of any company at the time of any bankruptcy, receivership or liquidation of such company; and (iv) has not received any official public incrimination and/or sanction by any statutory or regulatory authorities (including designated professional bodies) or been disqualified by a court from acting as a director of a company or from acting in the management or conduct of the affairs of a company. 

He has no shareholding in Inland ZDP PLC and holds 13,545,918 shares in Inland Homes PLC.
