Further to the announcement of the interim results for the six months ended 31st December 2008, Inland is pleased to announce the following:


The unconditional sale of 4 detached building plots in Watford, Hertfordshire for £900,000 with completion due on 1 June 2009.


The unconditional sale of 6 detached building plots in Horsham, West Sussex for £900,000 with completion due in December 2009.


The unconditional sale of a site for 5 apartments in Mill Hill, North London for £795,000 with completion due on 1 June 2009.


The grant of planning permission for 152 apartments on the site of the West Wing of Ashford Hospital at Ashford, Middlesex.
