Inland Plc ('the Company') announces that it was notified on 28 March 2008 that
Nishith Malde (Finance Director) purchased 100,000 Shares in the Company. These 
shares, which are treated as his own holding for disclosure purposes, were 
purchased by his minor child's trust on 28 March 2008 at a price of 31.0p per 
Ordinary Share.

Following the purchase, N. Malde is interested in 8,174,000 Inland Shares 
representing 5.04% of its issued share 
capital.
