Issue of Shares

Inland Homes plc (AIM: INL), the leading brownfield regeneration specialist and housebuilder with a focus on the South and South East of England, announces that it has issued 896,689 new ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("New Shares") to Paul Brett, who is a person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR").

The New Shares are being issued and allotted pursuant to the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") and will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares. Following the issue of New Shares, Paul Brett holds a total of 5,100,903 ordinary shares in the Company.

Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of the New Shares, which is expected to take place on or around 12 April 2018.  

Following the admission, the Company will have a total of 204,551,121 ordinary shares in issue, of which 825,000 are held in treasury and are not eligible to vote. As the EBT shares will abstain from exercising its voting rights at any general meeting of the Company, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 202,098,621, and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
